Corey and Sami are TikTok sweethearts and now digital creators! After meeting on TikTok 2.5 years ago, they have traveled to Switzerland, Italy, Croatia, Maldives, Dubai, Tulum, Hawaii, and done car camping trips in their rooftop tent to Yosemite, Zion, Joshua Tree, Lake Tahoe, and many other outdoor adventure destinations surrounding Los Angeles. Corey is a former college athlete and Sami is a former professional cheerleader. They are gym partners, dog parents, and co pilots in promoting happiness via goofy Instagram posts or TikTok’s to help make the world a better place.

DAY 1 HIGHLIGHT
Beginnings
Arrive at the San Jose International Airport, then catch the hotel shuttle or an Uber to our hotel, the San Jose Marriott (or similar). If your arrival is early enough, you can enjoy wandering around San Jose’s Historical area. Check-in for the hotel will be at 3pm. We’ll get together tonight for dinner and drinks with Corey and Sami, your WorldStrides Tour Director and the rest of the guests who will be traveling with you around Costa Rica.
DAY 3 HIGHLIGHT
La Fortuna
We will head out while the wildlife is more active, and the volcano is clear. You’ll get to experience transport in a 4x4. Once we reach the entrance of a canyon where the guides await you with open arms and the best safety gear to dress you up and give you a safety talk. You will start descending waterfalls to improve your skills. Next up, the option of 5 rappels (3 waterfalls and 2 cliffs) with different gradient, heights, and difficulty, two zip line surrounded by lush natural jungle and a guided rappel.
DAY 5 HIGHLIGHT
Catalina Islands
Today we'll be snorkeling in the Catalina Islands is an open water snorkeling, where sometimes the water seems almost too deep, since it is not near the sandy coast, but gives some of the best views of the local sea life. You will have dive masters with you throughout, as well as the Captain of the boat making sure that everything goes perfectly. All snorkeling gear is provided as well as transportation, fruit, and bottled water.
