DAYS 1 & 2 HIGHLIGHT

Arrive & explore

New York has so much to see and do. Starting just a few blocks from your hotel, you can take to the streets and explore some of its most iconic landmarks, including Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and the Museum of Modern Art. End your first day with an elegant dinner cruise that lets you enjoy a three-course gourmet meal as well as nighttime views of the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty, Freedom Tower, and more.

DAY 3 HIGHLIGHT

City to Farm
to Table

Kick off your time in the Hudson Valley in style—you’ll be treated to a unique chocolate and wine pairing at one of the region’s newest but most acclaimed wineries, Milea Estate Vineyard. After exploring some of their unique wines, you’ll sit down to dinner overlooking their stunning property. The only thing more breathtaking than the view will be Culinary Institute of America Chef Bruce Mattel’s culinary creations. Bon appetit!

DAY 4 HIGHLIGHT

Global cuisine
boot camp

Don your chef’s jacket and go to work! Under the guided supervision of Chef Instructors from the Culinary Institute of America, you will learn to cook, bake, and think like a professional chef—all while preparing an amazing lunch in one of the CIA’s professional test kitchens.

DAY 5 HIGHLIGHT

From preparing
to pairing

After completing your second day of Bootcamp at the Culinary Institute of America, enjoy a customized front and back of the house experience at American Bounty Restaurant, one of the CIA’s acclaimed restaurants. Focused on the farm-to-table movement, the restaurant features regional and seasonal products and serves contemporary and traditional dishes in a casually elegant atmosphere.

DAY 6 & 7 HIGHLIGHT

Greenwich and
goodbyes

To round out your experience, we’ll arrange a Chef’s Table dinner complete with small bites and big flavor. Placing focus squarely on the food and the dining experience, the chef of a local gastropub will discuss each dish as you enjoy this culmination to the culinary tour.
